How the TRANSCENDCARDS.COM works
Do you have too many cards you don’t need? Well, we’ll buy them off you at our bulk pricing. This is pretty much for any semi-serious Yugioh fan out there who accumulated too many cards in their closet and wants their parents/girlfriends/boyfriends to stop complaining about the lack of space. We’ll take em off your hands.
We are currently interested in buying high-value cards and random cards in bulk (rares, super, ultra, secret). Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know which cards you would like to sell and send to us.
If you are selling high-value singles, please create an excel file with this information:
- Card name
- Care set ID
- Condition (NM, LP, HP...)
If you are selling random cards in bulk, please let us know the count of each rarity.
After receiving your information, we will send you the quote for the cards. We offer cash or store credit. The minimum Buy List order is $5 CAD. All buylist prices are in CAD.
If you are located in Ottawa, we can meet up in person to do the transaction.
If you ship the cards to us, shipping/mailing the cards to us would be at your own expense. After an agreement is reached, we allow up to 7 business days for us to receive the cards to honor the original agreed-upon prices. If 7 business days have passed before we received the cards, any prices we've offered for your cards are subject to change. We will, of course, let you know the exact end date for this 7-business-days limit policy. Once we have confirmed receiving your cards, we'll pay you immediately (via Paypal or etransfer) and contact you right away to let you know about it.
While we don't require it, we recommend that you purchase tracking for your package, especially for more expensive cards. Occasionally things do get lost in the mail and we are not responsible for lost packages, so in order to protect yourself and your package, we do encourage you to spend the extra money on tracking, even though it may be a bit hefty here in Canada.
The safest way to ship cards is to put them inside a toploader or a deck box and then into a shipping box or an envelope.
What if my cards aren't in near mint condition?
We only purchase Near Mint (NM) cards, so please closely inspect the cards you are sending to us beforehand. Otherwise, we will have further problems to deal with between you and us.
What if my cards are lost or damaged in the mail?
As previously mentioned, we recommend all of those sending us our BUYLIST items do so via a trackable method. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by shipping services.
How long do I have to ship my cards after approval?
After an agreement is reached, we allow up to 7 business days to for us to receive the cards to honor the original agreed-upon prices. If 7 business days have passed before we received the cards, any prices we've offered for your cards are subject to change. We will, of course, let you know the exact end date for this 7-business-days limit policy.
Therefore, to honor this policy, it is recommended you mail the cards within 2-3 days of our approval email notification.
If my sent cards are rejected for various reasons, how do I get them back?
You have 2 options.
1) Make an order from us that logically includes sufficient shipping space* to include your own Buylist cards, so that we may mail you back your order as well as the cards you sent to us.
* i.e. Do not order 6 Singles with the shipping envelope option that has a max capacity of 6 singles. We would not be able to fit your cards in said envelope.
2) Alternatively, we can directly mail them back to you. We charge 1$ for postage within Canada, 1.30$ CAD (~1$ USD) to send to the USA, and 3$ CAD to send mail elsewhere internationally.

What if I simply want my cards back?
Please be advised there are a 5 business days cut-off period for items to be returned. Any items not requested to be returned 5 business days after we paid you for the cards will not be agreed to.
If you do request a return for the cards, you must send us back our money, as well as pay for shipping. Our prices for shipping areas noted in the previous question above.
Do you buy common in bulk?
We do not buy commons in bulk.
What if I have a card I believe to be of value, but is not on your buylist?
Simply contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll sort out a possible price.
